SWOT analysis of Using Google Docs

Google Docs is a free, Web-based office suite, and data storage service offered by Google. It allows users to create and edit documents online while collaborating in real-time with other users.

SWOT analysis :


S - It's web-based and free, can be saved  and shared online. Easy to learn and easy to use. Can be used to store your files.


W - Can not do anything without Internet.


O - Good for editing and sharing documents with other people.


I would like to use it as a teacher. learners can upload their documents here and i can check it here as well, convenient to mark and help my students. But i think it's lake of communication.Chat always be more powerful than just leaving messages.
